EMPLOYEE PLACEMENT SERVICES
Placement Potential’s non-profit Specialized Employment Agency provides cost-effective staffing solutions to business and industry. We assess your personnel needs and provide the most suitable candidates from our pool of competent and trained personnel.
We offer two unique services: individual placements and group placements.
Individual placements
Individual placements refer to Placement Potentiel employees who work directly for a customer at their facility. From simple clerical tasks, to stockroom and warehouse work, our highly motivated pool of employees deliver a high level of efficiency and dedication to their tasks.
We provide initial support, training and supervision as required, to ensure all employees enjoy a smooth transition into their new work setting. Follow-ups are available to ensure employees are working to their potential and to address any concerns that may arise.
Group placements
Group placements refer to teams of four to 12 employees provided by Placement Potentiel to perform tasks at a work station setting within a customer’s facility. In addition, for groups of six or more employees, a full-time staff member is always present at no extra cost, to provide training and continuous on-site supervision to ensure consistent quality control.
